The Philadelphia Inquirer recently highlighted Willow Grove’s John L. Payne and Patricia Simmons, who are celebrating 60 years of marriage.

John is currently a pastor at Ebenezer Baptist Church in Willow Grove. Patricia works for Northwest Victims Services, an advocacy nonprofit. They met in North Philadelphia in the 1960s.
