The 33rd annual Jenkintown Sunset 5K Run will be held on Tuesday, June 2 at 7:00pm starting at Town Square.

The event will include music, food, and prizes for all age groups. The free Kids Dash will begin at 6:35pm with the main race to follow.

In 2025, the Kiwanis Club of Jenkintown donated $25,000 to 39 nonprofits supporting children’s needs in our community and beyond. The Jenkintown Sunset 5K helps make that impact possible.

Tuesday June 2, 2026 at 7PM Welcome to Jenkintown’s 34th Annual Sunset 5K Run.  Enjoy our beautiful  neighborhoods, and celebrate afterwards on our town square. Are you ready to run the Summit? This challenging tree lined 5k course winds it’s way through the borough of Jenkintown without crossing Old York Rd. One of the largest  evening 5K runs around. Come on out and join us! Live Music, food and prizes for all age groups. Run Benefits : The Kiwanis Foundation of Jenkintown. Kids Dash is for ages 6 and under, and no registration is required.  All children will receive a  prize. Open Team Registration: Teams of 4 are encourage to participate, but you can have more on your team and are encouraged to do so. The run will be held, rain or shine.
