The 31st Annual Jenkintown Sunset 5K Run will be held on Tuesday, June 6 at 7:00pm at the Town Square.

The main race will begin at 7:00pm. Preliminary acing, which includes with the free Kids Dash for those 6 years old and under, will begin at 6:45pm.

Post-race refreshments and live music will be provided by Jenkintown’s Acoustic Keys featuring Lisa Rountree Ridenour and Joe Mahoney at the gazebo from 6:00pm – 8:00pm.

Jenkintown Borough notes that there will be 500-600 runners on the roads that evening, so residents are advised to be cautious and anticipate delays if driving at that time. Certain roads will be closed to traffic throughout the borough and around the Town Square starting at 5:00pm. The runners should all be off the roads by 8:00 pm.
