Luxor Lifestyle Apartments, located at 525 Virginia Drive in Fort Washington, is pre-leasing with move-ins advertised for December 2026, according to the developer’s website.

The 225-unit apartment community is still under construction and was proposed in May 2023. It offers studios, one-bedrooms, one-bedrooms with den and two-bedrooms. Amenities include a fitness center, yoga studio, outdoor pool, a BYOB resident bar and gaming area, and a courtyard.

Layouts range from about 500 square feet to 1,177, with studios starting at $1,775 a month. Floor plans can be found here.

On their website, the apartments are described as “highly amenitized, socially integrated, and technologically advanced communities close to entertainment, employment, and transportation.” Westrum Development Company, the developer, has existing apartment communities in Bala Cynwyd, Phoenixville, Lansdale, Montgomeryville, and Wilmington (DE).
