Taking a look at the residential real estate performance for 2017, Glenside came in strong with a total of 315 homes sold, an increase from the previous 2 years. These rising prices are a great sign for Glenside home owners.
Taking a peek into 2018, there are residential sales pending in Glenside, set to settle in the next few months at the $350,000 price point. Its fair to say that 2018 is off to a great start for the “Glensiders”.
