20 Montgomery County schools participating in March recruitment fair: Teachers, professionals, support staff in high demand

The Montgomery County Annual Diversity in Education Recruitment Fair will take place on Wednesday, March 6 from 5:00pm – 7:00pm at the Montgomery County Intermediate Unit (MCIU) Lafayette Building in Norristown (2 West Lafayette Street, Norristown, PA 19401).

Over twenty Montgomery County public school districts—including Cheltenham, Abington, Jenkintown, Lower Moreland, and Upper Moreland—are actively recruiting teachers and other educational professionals. Career opportunities include:

  • Certified Teachers across all grade levels and content areas, including Elementary, Secondary (All Content Areas), and Special Education Teachers.  
  • Other Certified Educational Professionals, including: School Counselors, School Librarians, School Nurses, School Psychologists, School Social Workers, Speech & Language Pathologists, Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA’s), etc. 

Districts are also actively recruiting for other administrative and support staff positions in various fields, including: financial/accounting, human resources, technology, transportation, and food services/nutrition. A list of all current and anticipated vacancies will be shared with all candidates who attend in-person.
