#1-ranked La Salle College boys’ hockey wins Founder’s Cup, playing for Flyers Cup repeat | Competition Band members earn multiple honors at UM Jazz Festival

The #1-ranked La Salle College High School boys’ ice hockey team defended their APAC Founder’s Cup after taking down St. Joseph’s Prep 7-0 on Thursday, February 29.

The team will compete for the Flyers Cup on Monday, March 4 at 8:30pm against Perkiomen Valley High School at Hatfield Ice, the district said.

In related news, the La Salle Competition Band earned several honors at the Upper Moreland Jazz Festival over the weekend.

Seniors Theo Peebles and Jonathan Wilbur, along with sophomore Francis Martin, were named Outstanding Soloist.

Seniors Emmett Sykes and Andrew Ferrante, along with sophomore Niklas Skjeveland, each earned Honorable Mention nods.
